Tehran, YJC. Official says that a new drone is to be unveiled soon.
Commander of Khatam ol Anbiya Air Defense Base said that a new drone named Sarir will be unveiled in near future.
He said "This drone can fly at
each direction from its cape, that is, when it is flying west-ward, let us say,
it can set off another engine which will set it in motion toward the east.”
Major General Farzad Esmaili
added that the drone enjoys high acceleration and anti-radar as well as imaging
features.
He said that Sarir is an
aircraft made for all missions by domestic technicians.
Esmaili also added that Sarir can launch
missiles with the capability to target enemy’s drones.
He also said that a new version of Hazem drones will be operational by the end of summer.
