TEHRAN, October 8 - An Iranian trade delegation is going to visit Russia on October 23.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - The delegation is going to be led by Head of Iran-Russia joint Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgaroladi and would be dispatched to Astrakhan.
The visit comes concurrent with the 16th meeting of the International Council of Business Cooperation (ICBC) of the Caspian Sea littoral states.
The volume of mutual commercial exchanges between Iran and Russia rose 70 percent in 2016 comparing to 2015, reaching $2.2 billion.
The exchanges mainly included machinery, equipment, transportation, foodstuff and metals.
Iran and Russia signed several MoU in 2017 to cooperate in establishing roads, bridges, oil and refinery equipment, renewing aerial and rail equipment and energy systems.
