TEHRAN, November 1 - Director of Iran’s Parsian Special Economic Energy Zone Hassan Shahrokhi said Dutch Royal Shell is in talks with Iran to invest in the zone.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “The Zone is the best place for investment in petrochemicals. Three leading foreign companies and an Iranian one have started talks for investment in this zone. Shell is the most serious one,” he said.
The zone is close to southern Iranian port of Assaluyeh and is also close to ports for exports which make it the best place for investment in petrochemicals, Shahrokhi said.
Total, Shell and BESF are foreign companies interested in the venture, he continued.
