Tehran, YJC. Consultant says that the Rouhani administration will not spare unqualified officials.
Morteza Bank, active Rouhani campaign staff member and consultant, provided comments on the procedures to select officials in the 11th administration as "To say it outright, Mr. Rouhani is not here to extirpate officials, but he does not kid those without qualification and specialization.”
He added "We must observe some principle. Once management is politicized dangers will threaten us. The management system must make decisions according to specialized criteria both in choosing figures and in details. Considering political criteria in selecting officials will surely cause problems.”
"Managements grew politicized in 8 years, but things must be regarded specialistically. It does not mean that all officials will be changed overnight, but it is a time-taking task and the future administration will do it.”
