Tehran, YJC. Scientists have developed traditional medicine energy drinks that lack the side effects of regular products.

Iranian specialists have used traditional Iranian medicine to produce a kind of energy drink that anyone can use.

The drink which according to the experts is free of the side effects usually accompanying regular energy drinks, is promoted by the two famous football clubs, Persepolis and Esteghlal.

Dr. Hossein Rezaeizadeh, CEO of Simourgh Hekmat Iranian Co., said in an interview with Behdokht that the product has no bad effects on women with babies or the diabetic.

"Since energy drinks are commonly used by young adults and especially by athletes, to attract attentions and especially to introduce a useful product, we used the popular brands of Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs in order to be able to introduce the product to society,” Rezaeizadeh added.

He asserted that the formulation for the product was done inside the country, adding "It is usually the case that not everyone can use energy drinks. We tried to introduce a product that everyone could use.”

He added that the drink consists of lime, lemongrass, and ginger, and that top graduates from Tehran University of Medical Sciences have participated in its production.
