TEHRAN, January 1 - An Iranian scientist Alireza Mashaghi has been nominated for ‘Discoverer of the Year’ award in 2017.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Mashaghi is a biophysicist and medical scientist at Leiden University and Harvard Medical School.
He is well-known for his contributions to single-molecule analysis of chaperone assisted protein folding and medical systems biophysics.
He is the recipient of several awards including an honorarium from American Chemical Society.
He serves on editorial board of several journals including Nano Research, Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Physics, and Medicine.
