TEHRAN, January 23 - Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said the country has not, do not and will not negotiate with any country on its missile issue.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - He made the remarks after French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian claimed that France and Iran have had negotiations over Iran’s missile issue and regional matters.
“We have not, do not and will not negotiate with any country about our country’s missile issues. We have not had talks on regional matters,” Araqchi said.
If by talks it is meant that all sides sit at a table officially and want to reach an agreement about an issue, “We have not and will not have such a thing with any country about missile issues. Moreover, it is not our policy in regional matters,” he said.
