TEHRAN, January 30 - Over 6 months after Hurricane Maria slammed into Puerto Rico, a majority of the island nation still lacks power. With sub-standard assistance from the US and a nearly bankrupt country, at this rate, it will take Puerto Rico at least a year or two to fully recover from the destruction of the storm.
