TEHRAN, February 12 - Syrian deputy FM warned in case that any aggressor attack Syria then they will have the destiny of Israeli F-16.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Feisal al-Miqdad said that whoever dare to invade Syria then will have the destiny of the Israeli F-16 fighter jet.
“What the Syrian army has achieved through overthrowing the Israeli fighter shows that Syria has taken a decision to defeat its enemies” he added.
Miqdad appreciated Iran’s supporting Syria against terrorists aggression as well as its efforts to foil the US’s plot of recognizing al-Quds as the Israeli regime's capital.
“The fraternal relations between Iran and Syria are eternal and rooted in the culture and civilization of the two nations” the Syrian diplomat said.
Early on Saturday morning, reportedly eight Israeli warplanes were deployed to target positions inside Syria. The Syrian military, which has previously absorbed occasional Israeli strikes, activated its air defense systems and shot down at least one Israeli F-16.
