Tehran, YJC. Foreign Ministry says that it is intent to solve the nuclear case and it does not participate the Iran-West talks for the sake of talking.

Fars news agency reports Seyyed Abbas Araqchi in a news conference on Tuesday morning in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs saying in answer to a question regarding the new members of the Iranian negotiating team "We are still waiting for Mr. Rouhani to define the responsibility of the nuclear talks, the negotiating person, and his team.”

Araqchi added that as soon as the items mentioned are decided, the next step, deciding the time of the negotiations, will be considered.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added "If the responsibility of the negotiations is laid on the Foreign Ministry I am sure that it has the abilities required and it will lead the issue very well.”

"We do not like to enter negotiations which are held for the sake of negotiation. We do not approve of talk for talk, we would rather like targeted, result-oriented talks that have a clear time frame,” he asserted.

He also pointed to the Sixty-eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly and said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has taken all the necessary steps for Rouhani to visit New York.

Spokesman also added that The file will be decided on in Supreme National Security Council under supreme leader's guideline and   changing the negotiator is not changing the policy.
