TEHRAN, February 20 - Iran once again categorically rejected ‘unfounded’ allegations on sending missiles to Yemen.

Iran rejects ‘baseless’ claim on sending missiles to YemenTEHRAN,Young Journalists Club (YJC) - “These baseless and unfounded allegations have been answered frequently, however, we stress that Yemeni army and public forces do not need foreign weapons,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.

He said what caused failure and defeat of aggressors to Yemen is Yemeni nation’s defending of dignity of their country with the minimum facilities.

He said allegations on sending weapons to Yemen is a childish and false scenario since Yemen has been severely seized and people are suffering diseases and lack of food and have been denied of medicine and basic essentials for life.

Qassemi also said concerns of French and British foreign ministers about Iranian defense missile program do not have rational justification.

He also called for putting an end to selling US and European weapons to Saudi Arabia and other aggressor countries which have caused poverty, insecurity and death of dozens of defenseless men, women and children.
