Tehran, YJC. Lawmaker says that it is quite possible for Rouhani and Obama to meet casually during Rouhani's trip to New York.
Head of the Program and Budget Committee of the Majlis stated that Rouhani will make the best of his trip to New York, adding "Ruhani has the necessary experience and skill to manage an accidental meeting with Obama.”
Speaking to the Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency, Qolamreza Mesbahi Moqaddam said "It is possible for a sudden, standing encounter between Rouhani and Obama to happen in the sidelines of the annual UN General Assembly, but Rouhani is a politically experienced person. Prior to being a president, he is a diplomat and has the experience and skill to manage an accidental meeting with Obama.”

President Obama is probably thinking along the same line... 'accidentally' bumping on President Rouhani, in the corridors of United Nations Offices, or wherever they all congregate, before or after the meeting(s). So , it's all about a chance meeting , rather than make an effort to arrange a proper decent 'Meeting' of two Heads of States. Iran is lucky that Barak Hussain Obama is the President of America right through Ahmadenejad's rule, now Rouhani.Imagine if it was Mcain and all those war hungry Republicans.
