TEHRAN, May 9 - Japan said it is ready to deliver petrochemical licenses to Iran.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) – Japanese ISC CEO and Head of Japanese pavilion in Iran’s 23rd International Oil, Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Exhibition Kenichi Saito, said Japanese Sumitomo, Mitsubishi Chemical and Mitsui holdings are working for transferring technology license, producing parts and equipments for up-stream and down-stream sectors.
He said Japanese companies are attending the exhibition to introduce opportunities for cooperation with Iranian companies on delivering technology license, specially in petrochemical and chemical industries.
He said talks are underway and Mitsubishi Chemical has taken steps for cooperation with Iranian companies.
Transfer of training programs and expertise to the Iranian side would be accomplished in future in case an agreement is signed, he added.
He said despite problems made by US withdrawal from Iran’s nuclear deal, ISC would be able to have constructive ties with Iran under any circumstance since it is not working in US market.
