TEHRAN, June 06 - Millions of Iranians participated in religious ceremonies across the country on Tuesday night to mark the second night of Laylat al-Qadr, one of the most significant hallmarks of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, also known as the Night of Destiny, Night of Measure or Night of Value. The religious ceremony is coincident with night of martyrdom of Imam Ali, the first Shiite Imam.
