The Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare pointing to the increasing number of graduates said "It is a pity that the jobless graduate have increased in number. The increase in the number of graduates does not mean that their abilities have increased as well.”
Ali Rabi’i added "A part of job creation is innate and another part has to do with the culture of the society. If the culture helps job creation, the society can thrive.”
He stressed creativity as a required companion of childhood and said "Children must be deconstructive. If they have the spirit for inquiry they can easily gather and then synthesize information.”
"It is to regret that our country has problems in job creation. That means that we have been unable to use the national wealth in a direction to create jobs,” Rabi’I stated.
