Tehran, YJC. Oil Minister says it is too soon yet to see what effects the Geneva II meeting will have on Iran’s oil and sanctions.

Speaking in an interview with Nasim, Iran’s Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said "It is too son yet to investigate the effects on the Geneva talks on Iran’s oil industry and to predict the West’s decisions about the Iranian oil sanctions.”

He further expressed hope that the negotiations bring positive results for Iran’s oil.

Pointing out that Iran has yet started no new cooperation with European or American companies, Zanganeh said "There have been numerous requests by different countries to start cooperation with Iran’s oil industry, among which there are a number of European companies.”
