Tehran, YJC. Salehi has said that Iran is in full cooperation with IAEA as the only entity the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization has to work with.

Iran’s Head of Atomic Energy Organization Aliakbar Salehi providing comments on the recent visit by Amano’s visit to Iran said "The IAEA is the only international reference which decides the activities of member countries are peaceful. Our work in fact has to do with the agency.”

He expressed optimism in regard to the IAEA Secretary General’s talks in Tehran and said "At the time of Larijani and Jalili the agency admitted that a great deal of our activities were peaceful. There remain only a number of issues under the title of alleged studies which are under investigation and Amano visiting Tehran, we will discuss them.”

In answer to the question "Is the Secretary General of the IAEA going to visit the country’s nuclear facilities” Salehi said "I will discuss that later.”

Salehi further said "We are planning to build nuclear power plants where we will need about 1,500 engineers.”

He added that the nuclear power plants will need a large number of human resources.
