Tehran, YJC. Head of National Security Committee says contradictory statements by US officials do not depict a bright future ahead of Iran and the US.
Head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Majlis in reaction to recent statements by US President and Secretary of State said "As long as Americans do not show real honesty and lay down this hostile policy against Iran, I do not think anything special is going to happen here. That’s why the current state of affairs between Iran and the US will continue.”

Alaeddin Boroujerdi added "What Obama said showed that Americans are still untrustworthy. Such positions once more testified to the Supreme Leader’s sound judgment in relation to the US and we still see the iron fist in velvet a glove.”
"Another important factor is US malleability against the Zionist. It is to regret that pretending superpower does not tolerate the Zionist. We hope that the US will be able here to show that it is not influenced by the Zionist.”
