President meets Egypt Tourism Minister

TEHRAN, YJC. Ahmadinejad deems relations with Egypt in interest of peace and security.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in his meeting with Egypt Minister of Tourism Hisham Zazou that strengthening ties with the country is of high importance and added "When the two great, cultured, and civilization-making countries of Iran and Egypt stand side by side they can create magnificent events which would interest everyone as well as peace, security, and brotherhood.”

He considered tourism as one of the sections able to help expand mutual ties. "Tehran-Cairo cooperation in tourism and contracts in this sphere would be a great start and can disseminate bliss for both nations,” he added.

Ahmadinejad believed that measures taken in the tourism section would be a good lead for expansion of cooperation in other economic, commercial, and scientific sections.

The President also expressed thanks for a warm welcome by the Egyptian President and other authorities to the Iranian delegation to Egypt and said "All nations face problems and I believe that Egypt would get through all its problems since it is a pioneering nation and it would succeed.”

Hisham Zazou, Egypt's Minister of Tourism in his turn expressed pleasure in meeting with Ahmadinejad and conveyed Morsi's regards for him. He considered contracts in the tourism section a great step, tressing expansion of ties in all areas.
