nuclear negotiator and Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran said
that he will be visiting Helga Schmidt this week.
Speaking
to Mehr News Agency, Abbas Araqchi said that he will visit High Representative
of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the European Union’s
Deputy Helga Schmidt.
The
meetings are to be held on January 9 and 10 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Araqchi
had formerly stated that there are major conflicts between Iran and the powers
on the country’s nuclear case which are to be addressed in the meeting.
January
20 has been appointed for Iran and the Six Majors to start the implementation
of the joint plan of action which will be possible if Araqchi and Schmidt come
to terms this week.
