TEHRAN, November 18 - Approximately, 313,321 MT of commodities worth over $357 million were traded in Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) in the second week of November.
TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 25,611 MT of various products worth close to $73 million were traded.
On this trading floor, 13,556 MT of steel, 4,405 MT of copper, 150 MT of molybdenum concentrates, 2,500 MT of 1000lb aluminum ingot and 5,000 MT of sponge iron were traded by the customers.
The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 234,610 MT of different commodities with the total value of $261 million were traded.
On this trading floor, 77,200 MT of bitumen, 49,171 MT of polymer products, 29,169 MT of chemical products, 1,170 MT of sulfur as well as 500 MT of insulation were traded.
Moreover, on the agricultural trading floor of IME witnessed trading 52,600 MT of wheat and 500 MT of sugar were traded by customers.
