US President Barack Obama on Tuesday gave high-level support to pro-democracy protestors in Ukraine, declaring in a primetime speech that they should have a say in their country's future direction.
"In Ukraine, we stand for the principle that all people have the right to express themselves freely and peacefully, and have a say in their country's future," Obama said, his annual State of the Union address.
