Tehran, YJC. Lawmaker says Iran’s response to adventurous acts will be crushing.
Hossein Naqavi who was speaking with ICANA said in reaction to the former
US Director of Central Intelligence Agency David Petraeus threatening Iran with
military attack "US officials’ mention of the military option is out of
proportion with their diplomatic language toward Iran. These show that US
officials are under pressure by the Zionist and that this is a Zionist plan.”
The Spokesman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of
the Majlis added "Americans know of Iran’s defense power, so they will never
dare shoot even one bullet at the country.”
Maintaining that contradictory words area heard from US officials he
said "America’s political figures are bound to the Zionist, because if they are
not they will have no place in the US political sphere. That is the reason for
paradoxical positions that US officials take in relation to Iran. On the one
hand they are required to remain faithful to international regulations,
democratic principles, and the UN charter; and on the other they have to insure
the security of a fake, occupying regime.”
