Rouhani assures investors on southern areas

Tehran, YJC. President says the 11th administration is going to launch an airport in Jask which is to be complete by the next presidential term.

Hassan Rouhani who has been visiting Hormozgan province for the second day made it to Jask on Wednesday.

Speaking to the public he said "We will start building an international airport in Jask which will be complete by the 12th administration. Whoever invests in Jask may like to know that he will be making money in the coming years.”

 "Now a small port on the coast of the Gulf of Oman, Jask is to turn into a prominent industrial center for the region in the near future,” president Rouhani asserted.

Pointing to further governmental plans for the area he said "As the gas pipeline is going to pass through the area, there are plans to create modern industries here such as petrochemicals, steel, and aluminum. These projects will turn the area into an industrial zone and they come along with plans to develop the Jask port.”
