Iran Foreign Minister has said whenever grounds are laid for negotiations, the Supreme Leader will personally announce the situation fit, and talks will be held.

Speaking about the Islamic Republic of Iran achievements, Salehi said that what the Islamic Revolution bestowed upon us is similar to the flowers which we dedicate to Imam Khomeini, the martyrs, and the Supreme Leader who managed to save the precious heritage.

"Imam Khomeini and our dear martyrs brought esteem and power to the Revolution and our country and the wise nation rightly support this,” Salehi added.

Salehi stated that "The great Iranian nation, despite all pressure and sanctions, with their presence in February 10 demonstrations showed that they believe in the originality of the Revolution and they keep away some internal managerial deficiencies to safeguard the precious gem so that it remains shiny.”

The Foreign Minister asserted "The Supreme Leader has rightly and beautifully defined situations in which negotiations can be held, since when there is no "goodwill”, where from one hand there is a gun pointed at us and from the other requests for negotiation are issued, no talks can be held.”

He finally added "Whenever grounds are laid for negotiations, the Supreme Leader will personally announce that situations are fit and grounds are provided and negotiations will be held.”
