Just a few days after the sixth person died from an outbreak of listeria linked to NHS sandwiches served in the UK hospitals, now, hundreds of patients are at risk over delays to intravenous feed after output reduction by manufacturers. This is only one of hundreds of crises the NHS is suffering.
