Saturday, 19 September 2020 (YJC)_Indonesia reports its biggest daily increase in new coronavirus on Saturday.
Indonesia reported its biggest daily rise in coronavirus infections, with 4,168 new cases on Saturday, taking the total to 240,687, data from the country’s health ministry showed.
The data added 112 new deaths, taking the total to 9,448, the biggest death toll in Southeast Asia.
Since 31 December 2019 and as of 19 September 2020, 30 540 446 cases of COVID-19 (in accordance with the applied case definitions and testing strategies in the affected countries) have been reported, including 952 724 deaths.
