Tehran, YJC. Assyrian leader says his fellow believers observed this week’s Sunday rituals praying for the Supreme Leader’s health.
This week Assyrian
churches held the Mass as a tribute to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei,
praying for the ayatollah’s health.
These were the words of General Director of the Assyrian
Universal Alliance and Iranian Majlis Member
Yonaten Betkolia said in a statement on Tuesday.
"We, the Christian
followers of the Chaldean churches are sure that God Almighty will grant the
prayers of the great Iranian family,” he added in the statement.
