Thursday, 30 September 2021 (YJC)_ The Iranian health minister announced that no Pfizer will be imported into the country.
During his remarks on an inspection visit to a hospital in southeastern Kerman Province the Iranian health minister Bahram Einollahi announced that no Pfizer will be imported into the country.
“As many as 60 million vaccines will be administered in Iran as soon as next week,” he said while adding that “The restrictions relating to the pandemic will be imposed in a targeted manner as the vaccination rate increases.”
Finally, he announced that “No Pfizer vaccine has been imported into Iran so far,” and added “After conducting a study by an Iranian research committee, the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine is approved for use to vaccinate pregnant women.”
