22-billion rupee fund for rail purchase to be considered

Tehran, YJC. The Iranian parliament is going to consider a 22-billion rupee finance required to buy 250 thousand tons of rail from India.


The Spokesman of the Urban Development Committee of the Iranian parliament (Majlis) Mansour Arami said on Wednesday "In today’s Urban Development Committee session the plan to allocate 22 billion rupees to buy 250 thousand tons rail from India was discussed.”

Speaking in interview with the Islamic Consultative News Agency he added "The request made by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to use a finance of 22 billion rupees in order to purchase 250 thousand tons of rail from India and the relative agreement were also discussed in today’s session of the Urban Development Committee.”
