Friday, 15 October 2021 (YJC)_ The Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and members of our country's high-ranking military delegation visited the tomb of the late Pakistani founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi to pay tribute to the freedom-loving Muslim leader and visit the National Museum.
On the fourth day of his official visit to Pakistan, Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri, at the head of a high-ranking military delegation, paid tribute to the late leader and founder of the country, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, in Karachi.
The ceremony was also attended by the Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Seyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini, and the Consul General of our country in Karachi, Hassan Nourian.
The Chief of General Staff left Islamabad last night for the southern Pakistani city of Karachi.
Upon arrival at Jinnah International Airport, he was greeted by Iranian Consul General in Karachi Nourian and a group of Pakistani military officials.
Major General Bagheri and members of the Iranian delegation then went to the tomb of the late founder of Pakistan and paid tribute to Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
Visiting the Pakistani Navy and meeting with Owais Ahmad Belgrami, Commander of the Navy in Karachi, is another program of our high-ranking military delegation.
