Tuesday, 9 November 2021 (YJC)_ During the joint Zulfiqar 1400 Army exercise, US MQ-9 and RQ-4 drones that entered the FIR area and the ADIZ (Air Defense Identification Area) area of Iran were intercepted and warned.
During the Zulfiqar 1400th Army Exercise, MQ-9 and RQ-4 UAVs entered the FIR area and the ADIZ (Air Defense Identification Area) area of Iran while being in full observation of the country's integrated air defense network from miles away. Were intercepted by the army air defense and faced a serious warning.
These trans-regional airplanes changed their route from approaching the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran after the air defense was determined to intercept and warn.
The joint Zulfiqar 1400 Army exercise has been considered by trans-regional forces, especially the United States, since the beginning of the event. They intended to gather information and be close to the public area of the exercise. During the exercise, the foreign pilots were repeatedly warned by the Army Air Defense Forces.
