"Nabil Qawooq," a member of Hezbollah's central council, said in a statement:
The military exercise of the Arab countries with the Zionist regime is a dagger in the heart of Jerusalem, Palestine and all the nations of the region, because it encourages the Zionist enemy to further aggression against Lebanon and Palestine, and this is a stain on the foreheads of the leaders of normalizing relations with the Zionist regime.
According to Al-Manar, Sheikh Qawooq continued:
The weapon of resistance is and will remain the weapon against the Israeli enemy, and no one can change that. Whatever the external pressures, crises, and interventions, the resistance's priority will be greater readiness to confront Israeli aggression, and we promise to build a victory that is greater than the victories of 2000 and 2006.
He emphasized:
The resistance has increased its quantitative and qualitative strength since 2006 and today is a stronghold of Lebanon and the Lebanese. With the equation of army, nation and resistance today, southern Lebanon is the first bulwark of defending the dignity and sovereignty of Lebanon.
