Friday, 26 November 2021 (YJC)_ On the eve of the Vienna talks, a Foreign Ministry spokesman outlined the approach of Iran, the United States and three European countries.
Saeed Khatibzadeh, spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, wrote in a tweet comparing the approach and actions of the United States / European Troika and the Islamic Republic of Iran:
In the run-up to the Vienna talks, the United States and the European troika are issuing fraudulent statements, escalating sanctions, fabricating distorted narratives, and remaining silent in the face of Israeli threats.
He added:
Iran is a serious and high-level negotiating team. Calls for an immediate good agreement and full implementation of the JCPOA and Resolution 2231, and conducts regional consultations.
Khatibzadeh added:
It is enough to compare the priorities of the two sides.
France, Germany and Britain expressed concern over the progress of Iran's nuclear program in a joint statement at a meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors.
