Thursday, 16 December 2021 (YJC)_ Three memorandums of understanding between Iran and Hungary were signed today in the presence of Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Peter Siarto, the foreign ministers of the two countries.

Signing of three MOU between Iran and Hungary in the presence of the foreign ministers of the two countriesToday (Thursday), on the sidelines of the meeting between Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and "Peter Siarto", the Foreign Ministers of Iran and Hungary, three memoranda of understanding were signed.

These Memoranda of Understanding include the Memorandum of Understanding between the Center for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy, the Memorandum of Understanding under the Hungarian Scholarship Program between the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Trade, and the Memorandum of Understanding on Cultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture. And the Islamic Guidance of Iran and the Hungarian Ministry of Human Resources.

In addition to these three memoranda of understanding, two more documents are scheduled to be signed today.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian announced after the signing ceremony of this memorandum of understanding and in a joint press conference about the documents that were signed and are to be signed:
We signed these documents. The first document is cultural cooperation, which was signed between the head of the Organization of Islamic Culture and Communication and the Hungarian Foreign Minister on behalf of their country. We signed a memorandum of understanding on diplomatic cooperation between the two countries. The document on customs cooperation was also signed and finalized, and the document on the agreement of the Joint Economic Commission of the two countries is another achievement of this trip.

He referred to the memorandum of understanding of the cooperation program within the framework of the Hungarian scholarship program for Iranian students and added:
An important event took place today, and in appreciation of the achievements of Iranian scientists who have succeeded in mass production of Iranian vaccines in recent months in several companies and institutes of science and technology, we signed a document in this regard. According to this agreement, all Iranian vaccines can be accepted by Hungary by issuing a certificate of origin from Iran, and is a criterion in issuing visas.
