Local sources said Saturday morning that an explosion had been heard south of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
The Telegram channel "Sabrinews" wrote in a breaking news:
The sound of a huge explosion was heard in the Al-Dora area in Baghdad, the nature of which is unknown.
Saber News further reported that the sound was clearly heard in the "Arab Jabour" and "Al-Hawash" areas in the south of Baghdad.
The Iraqi media reported minutes later that the al-Dora area south of Baghdad had been targeted by rockets.
Saber News wrote in the explanation of this news:
At least one rocket landed on al-Mashjar Street, al-Adl residential complex, in al-Bu'itha district.
