Friday, 11 February 2022 (YJC)_ The Yemeni foreign minister said that the Yemeni people feel that a regional power based on the Islamic Revolution is standing by their side, and that their power and stability have doubled.
Yemeni Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf addressed the people, government and leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the anniversary of the victory of the revolution.
In response to a question about the impact of Imam Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution on the axis of resistance, the Yemeni Foreign Minister said:
I would like to emphasize that the struggle of Imam Khomeini and the path of the Iranian revolution had a great impact, a strong flip and a loud echo for the formation and development of a powerful and effective axis of the stable and growing resistance; An axis that has clear goals for confronting and defeating any hegemony. Evil powers sought to turn this hegemony into a shackle and thereby limit any power opposed to their colonialist approaches.
Hisham Sharaf continued:
The opposition of the people and member states of the resistance and the courage of their strong presence in the national and regional arenas is strengthened by the presence of a large and growing force in the Gulf region and at the level of the Islamic Ummah, which is the Islamic Republic of Iran. The star of the Islamic Republic of Iran shone in the sky of the region as a powerful and influential regional power that is moving forward and towards the pie of the oppressed.
Sharaf continued his remarks by reflecting on the Islamic Revolution of Iran in Yemen and its impact on the people of this country and said:
The victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, by proving the validity of its slogan of standing up against oppression and tyranny, shouting at the Taghut and beyond, raising the status of Islam and Muslims, has had a positive effect on the living standards of the people [Yemen] and the country in general. .
The senior Yemeni official also stressed the full support of Iran for the stability of the Yemeni people against the countries that are trying to bring this Yemen and its people to their knees:
Iran was the only Islamic country that uttered the word of truth and endorsed Yemen and its people in the face of oppressive aggression. Just to make the Yemeni people feel that a regional power based on the principles of the Islamic Revolution is standing by them, has doubled the strength and level of stability of their struggle, and has shattered the pride and arrogance of the evil and aggressor member countries that invade Yemen.
