Monday, 11 April 2022 (YJC)_ Iranian President said that the Vienna talks is one of the issues pursued by his administration in its foreign policy.
Addressing a meeting with members and directors of the Iranian media outlets, Iranian President Seyed Ebrahim Raeesi said that the Vienna talks is one of the issues pursued by his administration in its foreign policy.
“JCPOA talks is only one of the issues of the country's foreign policy not all of it,” he said while noting Iran’s strategy for nuclear talks is just the one stressed by the Supreme Leader.
He also referred to the role of media and noted “By giving honest and fair information, they should play the role of a bridge between people and government. Media can play an effective role in the society to foil plots of the enemies.”
The current Vienna talks is holding with the aim of removal of US cruel sanctions against Iran. Former US president Donald Trump unilaterally left the JCPOA in May 2018 and re-imposed the anti-Iran sanctions that the deal had lifted
