Regarding the latest developments on the battlefield in Ukraine, he said that high-precision-caliber cruise missiles hit a military base on the outskirts of Kiev overnight. According to him, as a result of the attack on the Wizar Giuliani military factory, the factories for the production and repair of long-range and medium-range anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as anti-ship missiles, were destroyed.

Russia's Defense Ministry also announced that its S-400 system had shot down a Ukrainian MOM-8 helicopter that had attacked the village of Klimov in the Bryansk region the previous day. AFP quoted Russia's Defense Ministry as saying that "30 Polish mercenaries" had been killed in Ukraine. According to Sky News, the Russian Ministry of Defense also announced full control of the Ilyich steel plant in Mariupol.
