Monday, 30 May 2022 (YJC)_ During the meeting, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan and the Special Representative of the Chinese Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs stressed the need to strengthen relations between the two countries in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister Farhad Salim met with Chen Gapin, Special Representative of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Foreign Affairs in Dushanbe.
During the meeting, bilateral cooperation was reviewed and the two sides stressed the importance of taking joint action to address the negative consequences of the corona epidemic, strengthen cooperation in the fight against terrorism, extremism, separatism, transnational organized crime and drug trafficking.
It should be noted that the Special Representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has arrived in the Tajik capital Dushanbe to attend the fourth round of the National Security Advisers Regional Security Dialogue.
