Negotiating team stepping up efforts for upcoming N-talks: Zarif

On the sidelines of the funeral procession for President’s mother, Zarif and other present officials have given their remarks on the latest state of Iran’s nuclear negotiations with 5+1

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told reporters the negotiating team persists on the elimination of all sanctions, and would make maximum efforts for the next round of talks in Lausanne.

Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi also noted that he would be present in the upcoming round of talks in Switzerland.

He deemed the negotiations constructive and stressed the team would do its best to keep the talks on the same constructive course; "hopefully we will reach a win-win deal,” he said.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister and a member of the negotiating team Majid Takht Ravanchi also highlighted that the nuclear talks have reached a critical stage which requires serious decision-making.

Iran’s nuclear negotiating team headed by Zarif will depart for the Swiss city of Lausanne this evening for the next round of talks with 5+1.
