TEHRAN, YJC. Zartosht Alizadeh, Azerbaijan affairs analyst has said that there are forces in the Republic of Azerbaijan which work for disrupting relations with Iran.
Alizadeh in interview with Salam News provided comments on the note delivered by Iran, remonstrating a conference around "The Future of the Contemporary Azerbaijan” in Baku.

He said that "Holding such sessions will challenge the integrity of Iran. For example let us suppose that a congress for the rest of the Azeri ethnities is held in Russia. Members of the Duma take part in the congress, and the issue of segmentation of Azerbaijan is brought up in the conference. The Azeri Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a note expresses its objection to Russia.”

Alizadeh added that some forces in the Republic of Azerbaijan perform the same activities against Iran. "If we show our hospitality in our lands toward forces that challenge Iran’s integrity, we lay the grounds for them, this at least smears the face of the Azeri government. Therefore, Iran’s remonstration to Azerbaijan in understandable and it Iran’s solemn right.”
