TEHRAN, April 5, YJC - Iran categorically slammed use of chemical weapon in near Idlib, Syria.

Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "We condemn any use of chemical weapons regardless of its perpetrators and victims,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi.
This painful tragedy has not been the first case of using chemical weapon in Syria, he said, adding dealing with this case based on "double standards, biased propaganda, hasty judgment and using it as a way to blame others and secure political demands of certain players hinder fundamental confrontation with these catastrophes”, he added.
He continued that the Islamic Republic of Iran believes disregarding the necessity of chemical disarmament of armed groups is a fundamental problem in the process of chemical disarmament and Iran has always stressed the issue and its aftermaths.
The Iranian official further stressed efforts for political settlement of Syrian crisis.
