TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) -
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a phone call with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, "Big steps have been taken for deepening bilateral ties between Iran and Turkey and there should be a jump in bilateral economic ties and increasing financial exchanges to $30 billion.”
He said Iran is committed to materialize the goal and grounds have been provided for creating the jump in all fields of mutual interests.
Erdogan, for his part, said Turkey is resolute to promote bilateral ties with Iran in all sectors.
Describing Iran-Turkey ties as advancing, Erdogan said materializing the goal could create a jump in bilateral ties.
