Tehran, YJC. Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani has said that he does not consider Said Jalili capable to carry out presidential duties.

Giving lecture at his ethics class in Imam Sadeq University, Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani said on Wednesday in answer to a question regarding his idea of Said Jalili for presidency "Mr. Jalili is I pious man. But I do not believe that he has enough managerial power the ability needed to adopt the position of presidency.”

Secretary General of the Combatant Clergy Association said that although Jalili performed good negotiations on the nuclear issue, "Presidential qualifications are different from those of other positions.”
