Missile attack to Riyadh to confront Saudi oppression: Yemeni official

TEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - Saleh al-Samad said that 3 years passed from Saudi-led coalition’s blockade of Yemen but Yemeni people appeared this time more powerful than any time.

“The only appropriate and correct choice ahead Saudis is to stop war and removing blockade from Yemeni people” he added, “all of the options to fight the Saudi enemy are on the table”.

Referring to the Saudi regime’s hostilities to Lebanon, the Yemeni official noted that the main reason of the very hostilities is due to Beirut’s stance against the Saudi regime.

Since March 2015, the Saudi regime has been heavily bombarding Yemen as part of a brutal campaign against its impoverished southern neighbor in an attempt to reinstall Yemen’s former President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, a staunch ally of Riyadh, and crush the Houthi movement, which is in control of large parts of Yemen, including the capital Sana'a. The Saudi campaign, however, has failed to achieve its goals.
