TEHRAN, April 26, YJC - Iranian and Russian defense ministers stressed keeping national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria.

Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoygu emphasized establishing durable peace and security in Syria as they met in Moscow on the sidelines of Moscow Conference on International Security.
They further stressed sending human aid to Syria and helping Syrians to have access to aid and services across the country.
Dehghan and Shoygu further investigated bilateral ties between Tehran and Moscow and emphasized implementing a military agreement signed by the two sides in Tehran.
The two-day conference which started on Wednesday focused on Takfiri stream and terrorism in Yemen, Syria and Middle East, new developments in Middle East and cyberspace.
700 participants including defense ministers, senior military commanders and experts from 80 countries are attending the event.
