Tehran, YJC. Na’imeh Eshraghi has said that news on her affirming the launching of a campaign for Khatami is false.
She said in an interview with
Mehr News Agency "I did not share such a thing on my Facebook wall.”
She added "The news about launching campaign for Mr. Khatami was initially published by a news agency and it is to regret.”
Eshraghi also asserted "All the while Mr. Khatami has not yet reached a final idea whether to run or not to run for the upcoming presidential elections, let alone his campaign staff being formed.”
"My page on Facebook is out there. You can go and check if I have posted such a thing,” she said.
