TEHRAN, May 10, YJC - Iranian presidential hopeful Mostafa Hashemi-Taba said that ruling Islamic banking law in the country should change.
Iran presidential hopeful Hashemi-Taba calls for changing Islamic banking lawTEHRAN, Young Journalists Club (YJC) - "The ruling Islamic banking law is one of the economic problems in the country which needs to be modified,” he said in a talk show.

"The ruling Islamic Bank law is not Islamic and there should be a modern, capable and transparent banking system based on new regulations.”
 
He added that his economic slogan has been protecting Iran and improving agriculture since he has started running for the 12th presidential election.
 
"If we can practice the two issues stressed in the 6th Development Plan, it will be the biggest economic move taken.”
 
He added that capital accumulation for improving GDP is one of the economic problems in Iran.
 
"We cannot accumulate capital for making job opportunities, whether this is foreign or local,’ he said, adding Iran could have established 1000 factories worth $71 million if it had not distribute subsidies among people.
