ارایه مشاوره پاسکال لوبان با تخفیف 50درصدی

مدیر واحد تولید بنیاد ملی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای از بهره‌مندی بازی‌سازان از مشاوره "پاسکال لوبان" استاد بین المللی طراح بازی با تخفیف 50درصدی خبرداد.

به گزارش حوزه موسیقی باشگاه خبرنگاران به نقل از روابط عمومی بنیاد ملی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای،"مهرداد آشتیانی" با بیان اینکه قرار است قراردادی مبنی بر مشاوره "پاسکال لوبان" استاد بین المللی طراح بازی از سوی بنیاد منعقد شود، گفت: بازی‌سازان علاقه‌مند برای بهره‌گیری از سرویس مشاوره ای پاسکال لوبان می توانند در خواست خود را به ایمیل واحد تولید بنیاد به نشانیtolid@ircg.ir ارسال یا با شماره تلفن 88310370داخلی 526تماس حاصل کنند.

وی ادامه داد: بنیاد ملی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای به منظور حمایت از بازی‌سازان سرویس‌ مشاوره‌ای استاد بین المللی را از 80 یورو به 40 یورو کاهش داده است .

آشتیانی افزود: تنها افرادی که از طریق بنیاد به پاسکال لوبان معرفی می‌شوند، می توانند از تخفیف 50 درصدی ارایه شده بهره‌مند شوند.

وی یادآور شد:بنیاد ملی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای در دی‌ماه سال‌جاری برای حمایت از بازی‌سازان اقدام به برگزاری کلاس‌های تخصصی با حضور"پاسکال لوبان" استاد بین المللی طراح بازی رایانه‌ای کرد که با استقبال بی‌سابقه طراحان بازی در ایران مواجه شد .

Game concept assistance

The object of this mission is to help a studio make the right design choices regarding a game concept under development.

This service should be used at a very stage of a game development when the studio management has a need for a game concept but has not validated any design choice yet.

The studio needs to provide its editorial objectives (specific constraints, game genre, target platforms, etc.) and make it possible for me to exchange with the dev team.

Because the definition of a concept has to match the team's ressources and desires, I work closely with them. I exchange ideas and guide their reflexions. The team writes the concept document and I validate it.

Game design audit

The object of this mission is to review an existing game design document (GDD) in order to make sure that it contains the needed material and to assess its content.

This service could be used when the development team has completed its game design document and needs an assessment before going further.

The studio needs to provide a completed GDD along its editorial objectives.

A written report that will assess the following points:

· Presence of key features

· Assessment of the design depth of each feature

· Suggestions for improvement.

Note: I will not rewrite the GDD or complete sections that lack details.

Game assesment

The object of this mission is to review a playable game, either already published or at the beta stage, to assess its strengths, its weaknesses and to suggest improvements. This mission can focus on a specific dimension of the game only, like the monetization strategy.

This service can be used anytime, as long as the game is playable and accessible.

The studio needs to provide an access to the game and, optionnaly, a list of the points they want to improve.

A written report highlighting the strong/weak points of the game and offering practical suggestions for improvement.

Free-to-play tuning

The object of this mission is to define or tune key values in a freemium game:

· The rates at which the player will earn soft currencies

· The cost of items

· The leveling schedule.

This service can be used at two moments:

· When the game is nearly ready to be published and the studio wants to make sure that it has proper key values

· A few months after the game has been published, especially after a soft launch.

The studio must provide an access to a playable version of the game and the current key values.

An Excel spreadsheet that contains:

· A introduction schedule for new game features such as new buildings or upgrades (i.e "upgrade x is unlocked at level Y")

· Number of XPs the player needs to acquire in order to reach the next levels

· Estimated time it will take players to reach the next levels

· Cost for in-game items

· Earning rates for the game' soft currency.

Note: The Excel document includes the explanations regarding the method I follow to compute those values.

Development of full game design

The object of this mission is to write the full game design document on the basis of a game concept document.

This service can be used when the studio has already developed a solid game concept document.

The studio must provide the game concept document.

A Word document.

Variable, between 25 and 50 hrs

Level design assesment (overview)

The object of this mission is to assess a full level design and to suggest a strategy to improve it, if needed.

This service can be used when the full level design can be either played or assessed on paper.

The studio must provide either an access to a playable version or a detailed paper level design.

· A written assessment on the key dimensions of a good level design, including:

o The construction of the difficulty

o The management of the game pace

o The renewal of the player's experience

· Recommendations to define the level design strategy.

Level design assesment (detailed)

The object of this mission to suggest detailed improvements, level by level.

This service can be used when the full level design can be either played or assessed on paper.

The studio must provide either an access to a playable version or a detailed paper level design.

A detailed list of improvements for each level.

Variable, between 2 and 4 hrs per level
